1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://kathan.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Description of Service

Kathan Tech provides a Voice AI and AI automation SaaS platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to improve service quality.

3. Subscription and Billing

Payment Processor: Payments are processed via third party payment gateway provider. By subscribing, you agree to third party vendor's Services Agreement.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on pay as you go basis.
Taxes: All fees are exclusive of UAE Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be applied where applicable by law.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: You may cancel your billing cycle at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital AI services and the resources allocated for model inference, all payments are non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months of service.
Trial Period: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period expires.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for verifying the output of the Voice AI platform before utilizing it for critical business decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Kathan Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our AI services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
